These terms apply when you create, upload, send, share, rate, react to, or otherwise contribute content through StarChatSocial. This includes profile content, posts, comments, replies, media, Jupiter messages and voice notes, Marketplace listings and inquiries, Astrology Help requests and proposals, Member Matching content, chart annotations, and community ratings.
Your acceptance and choices
You must accept the current version before contributing content. StarChatSocial records the policy version, policy fingerprint, your account, and the server acceptance time. A material update will require you to accept the new version before contributing again.
If you do not accept, you may continue using available read-only features and may still report content, block accounts, contact support, make privacy or account-security requests, and delete content you already control.
Your account and responsibility
Use your own account, protect your sign-in credentials, and provide accurate information where a feature requires it. Feature-specific eligibility, consent, privacy, safety, subscription, and age rules still apply. Do not evade a block, restriction, rate limit, consent decision, or other safety control. You are responsible for content submitted through your account and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Content that is not allowed
- Illegal content, facilitation of crime, or content that exploits, sexualises, grooms, or endangers a child.
- Threats, harassment, stalking, hate, violence, humiliation, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Non-consensual intimate material or another person's private, identity, birth, chart, health, financial, contact, or location information.
- Impersonation, fraud, manipulated engagement, scams, fake reviews, deceptive offers, spam, malware, abusive automation, scraping, credential requests, or attempts to bypass security, rate, payment, moderation, or access controls.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
- Guaranteed astrology outcomes or content presented as qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
- Requests for passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, identity documents, or use of an unapproved payment or download link.
Ownership and service permission
You keep ownership of content you create and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. You give StarChatSocial a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and present StarChatSocial and the audiences or recipients you chose. This includes service providers that process content for those purposes under StarChatSocial's controls.
This permission ends when content is deleted from active service use, except for content another user has legitimately retained or reshared, bounded backups, safety and audit records, legal obligations, and information needed to resolve disputes or enforce these terms.
Public and private contexts
Content visibility follows the surface where you submit it. Public content may be viewed, shared, bookmarked, or reported by its permitted audience. Private Jupiter conversations, Astrology Help details, charts, Member Matching data, support records, and consent-bound shares remain limited to their intended participants and authorised operations staff.
Do not copy private content into a public surface or share another person's private content outside its permitted audience.
Safety and moderation
Use the exact in-app report and block controls when possible. StarChatSocial may review reported or detected content, reduce its visibility, remove it, preserve necessary safety evidence, limit features, or restrict an account when reasonably needed to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Repeated or severe violations may lead to stronger restrictions. Safety access is never conditioned on accepting these terms. StarChatSocial is not an emergency service; contact the appropriate local emergency service when someone is in immediate danger.
Astrology, matching, and paid services
Astrology, compatibility, matching, and community content is interpretive and informational. It does not guarantee an event, relationship, health, financial, legal, or other outcome. Creating an Astrology Help request is free. If you choose a paid quote or another paid service, the exact scope, price, timing, cancellation terms, and payment disclosures shown before checkout also apply. Do not use an unapproved off-platform payment route.
Reports, privacy, and support
You may report content, block an account, request support, or use available privacy and account-security controls without accepting these terms. A report must be truthful and must not be used to harass or retaliate against someone.
Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Support and review guidance is available in the app and through StarChatSocial Support.
Changes
StarChatSocial may update these terms to reflect product, safety, legal, or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes require a new affirmative acceptance before you contribute more content.
These are the User Content and Community Terms. Feature-specific privacy, subscription, checkout, cancellation, and paid-service disclosures continue to apply where shown.
